    The Scottish Government has made a commitment to provide 1140 hours of free Early Learning and Childcare for 3 and 4 year olds by 2020. As part of the expansion plan Local Authorities have been phasing in 1140 hours in some settings. Clackmannanshire is no different and from August 2019 the current Abercromby Nursery will be offering 1140 hours to families. More
