Rent Increase Consultation 2020/21
Overview
The Council approved the Housing financial business plan in 2018 which set objectives for the next 5 years.
The proposed objectives are:
- We want to keep our focus on front line service delivery so we can maintain a high level of satisfaction. In our Tenant Satisfaction and Aspiration Survey 2019, 91% of tenants were either very or fairly satisfied with the overall service provided by Clackmannanshire Council as a landlord.
- To continue to invest in Council housing stock maintaining it to the Scottish Housing Quality Standard and Energy Efficiency Standards.
- To continue to deliver kitchen, bathroom and front door replacements to the enhanced Local Clackmannanshire Standard.
- To minimise where possible the overall debt carried by the Housing Revenue Account.
