Under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 as amended, Clackmannanshire Council is required to prepare and maintain a list of people who have registered interest with the authority with the intention of acquiring land in the authority's area for self-build housing.
This list is available on request and will be published and updated every 2 years on the Council's website .
