Local Outcome Improvement Plan (LOIP) & Locality Plans in Clackmannanshire
Overview
Under the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015, the Clackmannanshire Alliance is required to develop, consult and publish its Local Outcome Improvement Plan (LOIP) 2017-2027 which will replace the Clackmannanshire Single Outcome Agreement.
The Clackmannanshire Alliance is also required to identify localities for the purposes of developing Locality Plans for Clackmannanshire.
Both plans must be focussed on improving local outcomes with a view to reducing the greatest disadvantage and inequality in Clackmannanshire. Both plans are required to be in place by 1st October 2017.
Why your views matter
The Clackmannanshire Alliance has commissioned an assessment on Poverty in Clackmannanshire and has worked with our Community Planning Partners to identify a number of priorities for Clackmannanshire.
A stakeholders workshop was held in May to consider and review these priorities and in early June the Clackmannanshire Alliance agreed to engage and consult on these over the summer.
Consultation events will also be held throughout June and July and information on these will be advertised on Clacksweb in due course.
What happens next
The Clackmannanshire Alliance will use your feedback to help shape the final Local Outcome Improvement Plan and Locality Plans which will be developed and published in September 2017.
