Review of Ben Cleuch Centre Community Asset Transfer Request

The Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 and The Asset Transfer Request (Review Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2016

The Ochils Community Trust has made an application to the Community Asset Transfer Review Body to review the decision made by the Planning Committee on 10 September 2026 in respect of their Community Asset Transfer Request for the lease of the Ben Cleuch Centre, Park Street, Tillicoultry, FK13 6AG .

Copies of any representations previously made with respect to the CAT Request, will be considered by the CAT Review Body when determining the review.  

Copies of representations made regarding the review, other than those to be treated in confidence, will be sent to the applicant who has an opportunity to respond.
