Mainstreaming Equalities Outcomes 2025-29
Overview
Clackmannanshire Council recognises the benefits of diversity in our workforce and communities and is committed to promoting equality, fairness and human rights in our work to deliver good outcomes and improve performance.
Every four years we set outcomes through which we will advance equality of opportunity, promote fairness and work to tackle discrimination.
Good progress has been made over the past 4 years in respect of equality, diversity and inclusion across Clackmannanshire, however, over the next four years, we are seeking to demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement through delivery of our proposed equality outcomes and associated actions set out below.
Why your views matter
We welcome feedback on our choice of strategic outcomes. We particularly would like to hear from local people who have protected characteristics and from local groups and voluntary organisations serving Clackmannanshire which represent these groupings.
