Overview

An asset transfer request has been made to Clackmannanshire Council under Part 5 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.

The request has been made by Ochils Community Trust.  It is for long-term lease of the property to support development of a vibrant centre to serve the Clackmannanshire North Ward and the Menstrie and Dollar community council areas; to create a family centre fit for modern life, taking the centre back to its roots but using a broad definition of family.

Why your views matter

The Request proposes to change who runs the building and what is offered from it.  The public are invited to make representation on the proposal to inform Clackmannanshire Council's assessment of the Community Asset Transfer Request.

Representations must be received by Clackmannanshire Council by 3pm on the 20th of March 2026.  For your representation to be valid, you must include your first name, surname and full postal address.  Your name and address will not be made public.
