Overview
The Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 makes provision for regulating the sale of alcohol and for regulating licensed premises and other premises where alcohol is sold.
Clackmannanshire Licensing Board is required to publish a statement of its policy with respect to carrying out its functions under the Act.
Why your views matter
The Board has produced a draft Statement of Licensing Policy and now wishes to gather feedback from all interested parties.
The consultation is short and should only take around 5 minutes to complete.
What happens next
Your response will be used to help shape licensing policy in Clackmannanshire for the next 5 years.
After the consultation period ends, a report will be prepared for submission to the Licensing Board detailing a summary of the consultation responses.
The Licensing Board will then consider the responses and make a decision as to whether or not any part of the draft policy will be amended.
Once finalised, the policy statement will be in effect until 5 November 2028.
Please note that responses received may be made public, but they will exclude any personal information so you or your business cannot be identified.
