Capital Programme Installs (2024/25):

  • New windows fitted to 377 homes
  • New kitchens installed in 199 homes
  • New central heating boilers installed in 163 homes
  • Installation of 76 adapted bathrooms
  • 62 roof replacements
  • 36 homes rendered
  • 13 secure door entry systems installed to our flatted accommodation
  • CCTV installations in 7 blocks of flatted accommodation

To afford the current financial business plan for the next 5 years we need a minimum of 6% increase for 2026/27.

Please consider the following options and select the option you prefer.

Increase of 6% =

  • Average weekly rent of £103.81, the minimum required to deliver the service.

Increase of 7% =

  • Average weekly rent of £104.79, £1.26m over the next 5 years to invest in energy efficiency improvements to around 50 homes, eg solar PV roof panels and renewable heating and sensor technology.

Increase of 8% =

  • Average weekly rent of £105.77, £2.5m over the next 5 years to invest in energy efficiency improvements to around 100 homes, eg solar PV roof panels and renewable heating and sensor technology.
