Performance Report 2021-22
Overview
The 2021/22 Performance Report to Tenants on the Scottish Housing Charter is available online and can be viewed on the Council's website.
As a landlord we are responsible for meeting the standards and outcomes set out in the Scottish Social Housing Charter. The Charter sets out how to improve the quality and value of services we provide to tenants and other customers, this is why it is important we keep you informed on how we are performing.
The report details how this years performance data compares against the Scottish Local Authority average and against our previous two reporting years, this shows where our performance has improved or where there are areas for improvement.
We have also produced a summary version called the Annual Performance Report 2021/22, the summary report is a shortened version containing a selection of key performance indicators; paper copies of the summary report are available at the Speirs Centre, Alloa and at all local Community Access Points.
Why your views matter
We want to provide our tenants with information that is useful and in a format that is clear.
We would like to know what you think of the latest report and would be grateful if you would answer a few questions.
The consultation is very short and should only take a few minutes of your time.
What happens next
We will use the feedback to shape our report for 2022/23
