Performance Report 2020-21
Overview
For the second year running our Performance Report to Tenants on the Scottish Housing Charter is available online and can be viewed on the Council's website.
As a landlord we are responsible for meeting the standards and outcomes set out in the Scottish Social Housing Charter. The Charter sets out how to improve the quality and value of services we provide to tenants and other customers, this is why it is important we keep you informed on how we are performing.
This report details how we have performed during the period 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021. The Charter has seven sections covering 16 outcomes and standards that we as a Council should aim to achieve
Why your views matter
We want to provide our tenants with information that is useful and in a format that is clear.
We would like to know what you think of the latest report and would be grateful if you would answer a few questions.
The consultation is very short and should only take a few minutes of your time.
What happens next
We will use the feedback to shape our report for 2021/22
