Housing policies
Overview
Our Housing service is developing damp and mould, housing repairs and rechargeable repairs policies to ensure that the Council's housing stock is well maintained, safe, secure and compliant with the Scottish Housing Quality Standard.
Why your views matter
These policies aim to ensure that tenants can live in warm, comfortable, safe and secure homes.
We want our tenants' involvement in shaping these policies, so your thoughts about what matters to you most when addressing damp and mould and repairs issues is important to us.
This short consultation should take approximately 5/10 minutes to complete.
Note: If you are aware of any tenant who wishes to take part in this consultation, but has difficulty using online platforms, they can attend our drop-in event detailed below or visit their local library or Housing reception at Kilncraigs, and a member of staff there will help them fill it in online.
