Council Housing Assets Disposal

Overview

The Council’s Housing Service is seeking to dispose of two Council owned properties at the following addresses:

• 20 McNabb Street, Dollar
• 48 Arns Grove, Alloa

We are considering selling these properties because they cost a lot to maintain, are unlikely to be needed in future and are difficult to keep in line with the standards set by the Scottish Housing Regulator.

Why your views matter

Under the legislation, the service is required to consult with tenants to make sure that any disposals are carried out in a transparent, lawful and value driven manner.
