Library/CAP service improvement survey
Overview
The Council is undertaking a library and Community Access Point (CAP) service improvement review and this survey is key to gaining feedback on the current model and how it could be delivered in the future.
Why your views matter
As users of our library and/or CAP services, or indeed if you are not a user, your views are important to us. They help us to gain insight into how residents currently use these services and what would encourage more residents to visit our branches.
All of the information you provide will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Council's Privacy Notice.
This consultation should take approximately 10/15 minutes to complete.
If you know someone who would like to take part in this survey, but they need help with completing it or don't have a computer, they can visit their local library and a member of staff will assist them.
