How to submit your ideas

You can submit your site and ideas directly on our interactive map using our new geospatial consultation tool. This allows you to draw the exact location and boundary of your proposed site on an Ordnance Survey base map, add supporting information and submit everything in one step.

Using the map tool makes it easier for us to receive, process and assess your submission accurately.

Alternatively, if you prefer not to use the mapping tool, you can select the Text Version hyperlink alongside the map to provide a written description of the site.

What kind of allocation would you like to suggest?

If you wish you can suggest only one of the different allocations. You can suggest up to five of each of the following kinds of allocations:

  • Housing Site Allocation
  • Transport Route Allocation
  • Biodiversity and Open Space & Play Allocation

Please make of all of your Housing Site Allocation suggestions before suggesting any Transport Route Allocation suggestions, and suggest all of your Transport Route Allocations before suggesting any Biodiversity and Open Space & Play Allocation suggestions.
