Overview

The Council is carrying out a small scale piece of research with local people to ensure that we offer support for people struggling to maintain rent and/or council tax payments. 

Why your views matter

We would like to know your views on how the Council can support people who might be struggling to manage their household bills, causing them to fall into debt or arrears.

The views you share in this consultation will inform stakeholders across the Council and our third sector partners in shaping decisions we take about how to better support local people who might be struggling to manage their bills in the current cost of living climate. 

The questions are intended to gather the views of local people - we do not intend for respondents to tell us about their individual financial circumstances.

This very short questionnaire will take around 5 minutes to complete.

If you know someone who would like to take part in this survey, but they need help with completing it or don't have a computer, they can visit their local library and a member of staff will assist them.
