Communications and engagement survey

Overview

Thank you for taking part in this important survey related to Clackmannanshire Council.

This survey is open to all residents of Clackmannanshire and is being conducted independently by Dodds & Law Research Associates.

The purpose of this research is to gather the views of the residents of Clackmannanshire on how effectively the Council communicates information and preferences on the types of information that residents want to receive and how they can engage with the Council.  

All responses are anonymous and confidential, and individual responses will not be reported.  The information and feedback provided will be used to help the Council improve how and what information it communicates and provides to its residents.  

We will be collecting some personal information (postcode, age, gender, ethnicity) which will help identify and understand potential barriers and also preferences to accessing information provided by the Council.

Please note, personal information is examined collectively with everyone else’s and not individually and will not be published.
