Housing Need and Demand Assessment

Overview

The Housing Need and Demand Assessment (HNDA) helps the Council to show a clear picture of housing need and demand in Clackmannanshire.  This helps to determine future housing provision and stock management on all tenures, not just Council housing.

This Housing Needs and Demand Assessment (HNDA) has been carried out in line with the national HNDA Guidance (Scottish Government, June 2014).
