Closed 27 Jun 2018

Opened 30 May 2018

HousingThe Local Housing Strategy (LHS) is the local authority’s sole strategic document for housing in the area.
The Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 places a statutory requirement on local authorities to produce an LHS, setting out its strategic priorities, plans and delivery of housing and related services.
This Local Housing Strategy (LHS) has been carried out in line with the national LHS Guidance (Scottish Government, August 2014).

Why We Are Consulting

We would like your views on the priorities set out in the LHS and our key actions to achieve the priority outcomes.

Please take the time to look over the LHS document below which shows how the local authority intends to meet its strategic priorities over the next 5 years.

What Happens Next

Following the consultation period, the paper will go to Council for approval.
