Performance Report 2019-20

Overview

Our Performance Report to Tenants on the Scottish Housing Charter takes a digital form this year and is now available on the Council's website.

This performance report covers the period from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020.  Every year we submit an Annual Return on the Charter (ARC) to the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) who monitor our progress toward achieving the Charter outcomes and standards, our aim being to always strive to improve the services which we provide to tenants and other service users. 

This is the first report based on the new and updated performance indicators introduced by the Regulator from April 2019.
